Delete your account

You can delete your Kangu Run account and all of its data in two ways.

1. In the app (immediately)

1. Open Kangu Run and sign in to your account.
2. Tap your nickname at the top left of the main menu, or go to Settings → Account.
3. On your profile, tap Delete account and confirm.

Your account and data are deleted permanently right away.

2. Without the app (by e-mail)

If you no longer have the app or cannot open it, write to [email protected] from the e-mail address on your account. Include your nickname and how you sign in (e-mail, Google or Apple). Once we have confirmed the account is yours, we delete it within 7 days and let you know.

What is deleted

• Your e-mail address and Google/Apple sign-in identities
• Your nickname and profile photo
• All your runs, scores, points balance, upgrades and best scores
• Your duels, reports and blocks
• Your open sessions

Nothing linked to you is kept. Technical server logs expire on their own within 30 days. Aggregate view counts of sponsor images are not linked to anyone and are not affected.
